Leadership And Bike? Yeah, I believe so!.

There are a million ways to see the things in life.

Perhaps, I never think about it, but I find a huge relationship between a bike and leadership. It's not only going for a ride on weekends or every day.

But it’s also fascinating how I find the perfect relationship in these two different activities.

I make my random list of 10 ways how this exercise helped me to be a good leader.

1. Creating a habit overrides your brain’s resistance to working out by forming a bias for action. 🚴‍♂️

2. Confidence, when you start the ride you create a route in your mind that's can be different in every ride. 🚴‍♂️

3. Enjoy the open air, that helps you with positive tough and reduces the stress.🚴‍♂️

4. Cycling increase creativity and the ability to solve problems. 🚴‍♂️

5. Fix your sleeping issues with daily pedaling.🚴‍♂️

6. Struggle on hills? climb the hills with short intervals helps you with setting goals.🚴‍♂️

7. Discipline, is not only wake up early in the morning is enjoy the daylight on the horizon and be happy.🚴‍♂️

8. Train your brain to ride more miles with new routes it's always challenging.🚴‍♂️

9.Learn from your struggles. Where and how do you want to grow?.🚴‍♂️

10. No time for being negative.🚴‍♂️

What you eat it's too important because this is going to be your fuel for the next day, again is a process we need to be careful what you eat the night before and what are you going to eat in the morning.

I hope that helps you too.

What stops you from going on a ride?💡
